I’ve had an iPhone for the past 2 years. Now I’m getting the Droid X…tired of Apple’s restrictive policies and after using Android, iOS is pathetic and simplistic
i was thinking abt getting one of these but wen i went to a verizon store and actualy tried it it felt fake and just like a toy fone then i saw the evo so i got it evo is the shit

It does not matter because before anyone knew what Android was the iphone was out selling phones like Blackberry and remember like you said Android and Blackberry, have more than one device on more than one carrier.Android is not even done yet there is going to be many more phones out before the end of this year and you made the right choice by getting a Android based phone because Android phones own the smartphone world now.
@pyro74boy I don’t really want to argue, because i happen to have an android device….But Android and Blackberry, have more than one device on more than one carrier making it open to like 3-4 times the amount of people giving there products a bigger chance to be bought vs the 1 iPhone (not including different variations) on just AT&T….so there you go…

The iphone no longer leads in the smartphone market because so far this year both Android And Blackberry have both had more units sold vs the very over rated iphone. Android has taken over where the iphone has left off and for good reason because its a much better alternative to the iphone and Android phones are what the new standard in smartphones are going to be because remember in the short time the Andord OS has been out it has given the iphone more then a run for its money.

@miguelariasclemente Not really, first of all i would say RIM(blackberry) made the first smartphone, and also there were touchscreens before the iPhone, apple just happen to make the best combination of the two and thats why they lead.

The first thing I thought when I saw that screen was, that it needs a freaking case so the screen doesn’t die when you drop it. I want to see a vid of a fully modded droid x phone.
